breeze as cold as fall
air as chilling as winter
snows were white
but they soon turned grey
just like how you were to me

making me smile and shine

and happiness that seemed would last

like i wasn't even there at all

and then took it away

or was it just an illusion

filled with sadness and confusion--
thinking of you messed up my mind

yet i still think of you
